Details

The official start of the Parade is Bayshore and Bay to Bay. Please do not give out beads until we reach that point.

 

Please adhere to the following rules:

  1. Remember that you are representing our Krewe so please drink responsibly
  2. Please DO NOT give/take drinks from anyone in the crowd
  3. Please follow the directions of the Parade Marshall's
  4. DO NOT attempt to cross between the tow unit and the float during the parade you could be seriously injured.
  5. NO paper materials (flyers, booklets, pamphlets, brochures, etc) are to be distributed along the parade route.
  6. Commencing in 2005 and thereafter the Gasparilla Invasion and Parade will be held on the last Saturday in January each year
  7. Please wear the approved costume only; the dress code will be enforced.  (In the event of cold or foul weather, bring something warm or waterproof ---as close to our sailor "image" look as possible--to wear over your costume; we want you to stay healthy!)

The Krewe of Agustina of Aragon and Ye Loyal Krewe of Samuel Bellamy are proud to host the Beads and Booty Ball to benefit Faces of Courage, a non-profit organization providing life-enriching experiences for children and families touched by cancer. This after Gasparilla party, exclusively for Krewe members and their guests, begins at 5:00 pm and continues until 10.

The venue, Club Underground, 802-806 E. Whiting Street at the corner of Jefferson S, is Tampa’s largest premier nightclub. The event will feature 7 bars, DJ, with state of the art sound system, dance floor, outside patio and other amenities. There are even quiet areas for those who just want to meet with friends. Club Underground is conveniently located close to the end of the parades route, just 2 blocks south of Jackson St. Check out the website at <http://www.clubundergroundtampa.com/>

The buffet includes chicken with yellow rice, black beans, salad bread and plantains. Food will be served all night. There will be beer and drink specials throughout the evening. As an added bonus, licensed massage therapists will be providing neck, shoulder and foot massages for a small donation to Faces of Courage.

For your convenience, shuttle buses will run from 6-9 pm between Club Underground and the Ft. Brooke parking garage.

General Admission

$20 in advance - tickets are selling rapidly and we will be unable to offer ticket sales at the door.

This ticket includes admission, buffet and access to 5 bars and the patio area.

VIP Tickets

$40 in advance – These tickets are almost sold out

This ticket includes a separate VIP lounge area with leather seating, club chairs, separate buffet and bar, DJ and dance floor. VIP ticket holders will have access to all areas of the club.

To purchase tickets please complete the coupon sent in your CBCD email in your ticket order. Wristbands will be mailed back to you. The wristband is your ticket to the event.

Brunch  at DIYC

Brunch will be underneath  the club porch  the morning of the parade from 9-10am

Bus Schedule

There will only be one bus this year.

Bus Departs DIYC 10:00 to go directly to float
Bus will loop around and go back to the island to wait at TGH for anyone participating in the Flotilla
Bus Departs TGH at 12:30

We need a crewe member that is participating in the flotilla to volunteer to be the "Bus Commander" and
 make sure the bus leaves on time or whenever everyone is on board. Whichever comes first? If you are
